Cobra KING LTDx Fairway Wood
Introducing the LTDx family of fairway woods from Cobra – designed to deliver Longest Total Distance. Offering a balanced combination of low spin, speed and forgiveness – the LTDx fairway is the ideal choice for golfers looking for an all-round performance from their fairway woods.
LTDx utilises PWR COR Technology throughout the range – a multiple weighting system that places the maximum amount of weight low and forward in the club head to ensure lower spin coupled with a high launch to ensure maximum carry with added stopping power on greens. Using an internal tungsten weight alongside an external aluminium weight – LTDx creates maximum ball speed transfer on impact without compromising on spin rates.
A lightweight carbon crown allows for the freeing up of weight to be repositioned low in the head – the addition of a 12g weight in the rear of the club promotes a more lofted ball flight to create optimal carry distance. The inclusion of Cobra’s Baffler Rail system (5FW & 7FW only) allowed for greater turf interaction for golfers with steeper swings.
LTDx features a CNC Milled face as well as Cobra’s new H.O.T. Technology. H.O.T. (or Highly Optimised Topology) uses thousands of data points gathered from laboratory simulations identifying 15 different impact zones to maximise ball speeds across multiple areas of the club face.
The Cobra KING LTDx Fairway is available as standard in a 3FW- 7FW and is fitted with a UST Mamiya Helium Nanocore 5 (Senior or Regular), PROJECT X HZRDUS Smoke IM10 60 (Regular or Stiff) shaft, alongside a Lamkin Crossline Grip.
