Callaway Rogue ST Fairway Wood - MAX D
Introducing Callaway’s fastest and most stable fairway woods ever – the Rogue ST collection. With the Rogue ST MAX D Callaway have introduced their very first dedicated Draw bias fairway wood. A slightly more upright lie as well as a strategically positioned heel weight aids in encouraging a significant draw - ideal for golfers looking for additional assistance in correcting sliced shot shapes.
The ST MAX D utilises Callaway’s all new Batwing Technology – a key element of the manufacturer’ Jailbreak system introduced in 2017 – which aids in increasing speed and stability across the face of the club. The two batwings are pushed to the exterior of the head at impact which provides a higher level of flexibility in the face, creating higher ball speed on impact – adding as much as 10 yards to each shot.
As with its sister models – the ST MAX and ST MAX LS – the ST MAX D benefits from the introduction of Callaway’s new Tungsten Speed Cartridge. An additional 27-grams of weight has been incorporated into the head of the club – facilitating a lower centre of gravity, resulting in increased ball speed and lower spin at impact.
The Rogue ST MAX D Fairway is available as standard in a 3FW – 7FW and is fitted with a Project X Cypher 40 or 50 (Senior or Regular) or Mitsubishi Chemical Tensai AV Blue 65 or 75 (Regular or Stiff) shaft, alongside a Golf Pride Tour Velvet 360 Grip.
